Motorcycle towing
A bike needs to travel upright, chocked at the front wheel and strapped at the right points, never by the handlebars or the fairings. Tell dispatch the make and model, and whether the bike can roll, so the truck arrives set up for it.
Heavy-duty towing
Box trucks, work vans, pickups with trailers and motorhomes need more truck than a car does. Weight, length and height all matter, so dispatch asks for the vehicle details and whether it is loaded before quoting.

Can you tow a motorcycle that has been dropped?
Usually, yes. Tell dispatch what is damaged; if the bike cannot roll, the tech plans the loading around it.
Do you tow RVs and motorhomes?
Tell dispatch the length, the weight and the problem. Larger vehicles are quoted per job so the right equipment is sent.
Why is heavy-duty quoted per job?
Because the truck, the equipment and the time needed change with the vehicle. You still get the price before we dispatch.
