When you need a tow
A car that won't start, won't steer or isn't safe to drive belongs on a truck, not on the shoulder. We tow after breakdowns, minor collisions, failed repairs and no-start situations.
We also move vehicles that simply need to get from one place to another: a project car to a shop, a private-sale purchase home, a work vehicle back to its yard.
Flatbed or wheel-lift?
A flatbed carries the whole vehicle off the ground. It is the safe choice for all-wheel and four-wheel drive, low sports cars, electric vehicles and anything with drivetrain or suspension damage. A wheel-lift raises one axle and is quick for short, simple tows in tight spots like parking garages.

Can I ride with my car?
Ask dispatch when you call. Passenger seats depend on the truck that is sent, so we confirm it on the call instead of promising it at the roadside.
Can you tow an electric vehicle?
Yes. Most EVs should not be towed with their drive wheels on the ground, so EVs travel on a flatbed. Tell us the model and we confirm the right setup.
How is the price worked out?
Towing is quoted from the pickup point, the destination and the vehicle. You hear the price before we dispatch, and that is the price unless the job changes.
